My MBFS for iPhone App Reviews

Great app, a lot of improvements from the previous version. It would be nice if Touch ID was incorporated rather than having to input password every time.

Ive been trying to log in for 3 days now and it still has technical difficulties. I need to pay my payment soon and Ill be very disappointed if it isnt fixed by then.

Double wow.... Okay.... You fixed the cut and paste login problem, but you completely broke the app. Im going back to a Bimmer....

Does not do anything when "make payment" is clicked.

Most windows does not have a back or home button, which forces you to kill the app. The worst is make a payment which shows a blank screen

This app is as broken as the emissions system of a diesel Volkswagen. The "Make a payment" button does nothing except freeze the app on a blank screen. iPhone SE, iOS 10.0.2

Attempted several times to sign up to use this app. Couldnt do it. Information pages wont accept input and pages freeze. No effort appears to being made to rectify the issues. App is currently completely worthless. I expect more from Mercedes-Benz.

Not able to look up my account using SSN search

App doesnt work. Cant make a payment. Screen freezes to blank screen. So irritating! Useless app. Mercedes needs to fix asap. Expect higher quality app.

This app is barely functional and always down because of some technical issue.

Made it absolutely unusable by blocking user id and password paste. This makes it such nightmare to login that the effort to login is hardly justified by whatever functionality the app provides. Please allow pasting credentials and better integrate with 1password. This is so rarely used app that you cant expect users remembering credentials.

I use my email address as my username to login to MBFS, but the app doesnt seem to be allowing me to input an email in that field. For now Im not able to access my account.

First time this has happened to me, never had this issue with the old app.

Terrible up date. Cant login. Keeps taking me to App Store even after downloaded update!

STOP TRYING TO FIX STUFF THATS NOT BROKEN!!!! This app is totally unusable and disables the previous working version.

Cant even make a payment, every time I try it just shows me a red bar saying "null." Hopefully they fix it soon.

I was pretty nervous switching to the new app with all the login issues I had seen in reviews. The last app was a nightmare for me, but it finally was resolved. This new app was not a problem at all. I was able to log in easily and all the functions work well. It is not a smooth functionality, but it works.

I downloaded the new app, since I was not allowed to use the old version. After I downloaded the new app, I could not login in. On top of not being able to login, I was repeatedly asked to download the new version although I had already downloaded it. When I touched the download icon, the page showing that I had already downloaded the new app appeared. I was never able to login. I going to delete this non-working, new app.
